how much does a new roof cost?

It depends on the size and complexity of your roof. This is why we offer a free in-home consultation.

Should I repair or replace?

This depends on several factors. How old is the roof? Is it worth putting money into repairing a roof that needs to be replaced in the next year? We can help you decide what makes the most sense when we come out and look at the roof.

Why is my roof leaking?

The most common places a roof leaks are where it is most vulnerable. These areas include sidewalls, vent boots, chimneys, skylights, and valleys. Gutters also are known to back up and cause leaks.

what makes roofing and exteriors different?

We always pay attention to detail and never cut corners. We have been trained to install roofing systems according to the manufacturers specifications. We also are a locally owned company and do not have a large overhead to support. When you buy from us we are able to offer a superior product because you are getting the roof direct from the installer. There are quite a few of the larger roofing companies in our area that hire us to install the roof that you purchase from them. They just charge a premium mark up to make money for their marketing and sales team and then hire the roofing company such as ourselves to do the work. They also cut corners on materials and are mainly concerned about sales and profit.

Do you use sattelites to measure the roof?

Yes, we have found that we can utilize technology to speed up our service to our customers. We will always follow up to confirm the specific needs of each house.

is having a roof replaced messy?

Unfortunately having a roof replaced is typically a messy job. We do our best to contain debris and clean up as best as possible. We use magnets and are as careful as possible when removing old shingles. If you have any specific concerns that we need to be aware of please bring them to our attention so we can avoid any issues.

What areas do you service?

We are based out of the Chattanooga TN and Cleveland TN areas. We cover Bradley county and Hamilton county Tennessee. We also provide service in other surrounding areas. More than likely if you are nearby we will be able to service you.

How long does it take to do a roof replacement?

Some jobs can be completed in a day and others can take a full week. This will depend on the size of the project as well as the complexity.
